Your Voice Data might be used to create a voice model that generates synthetic audio resembling your voice. If you choose to make your voice model available in our Voice Library, other users can generate synthetic audio using your voice model.
- Profile Information: When you sign up, you may provide details on how you intend to use our Services. If you choose to make your voice model public, you can include a profile description that may contain your name, bio, social media usernames, and links.
- Feedback and Communications: If you contact us or express interest in our Services, we collect Personal Data such as your name, email, and any messages or attachments you send.
- Payment Information: For any paid Services, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details, such as name, email, billing address, and credit card information. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for details.

We use your Voice Data to create voice models, provide speech-to-speech and dubbing services, and enhance our AI models. Your Voice Data is retained as long as needed for these purposes and is deleted after 3 years of inactivity unless required by law to retain it longer.
- Your Rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your Personal Data, including accessing, correcting, restricting, or deleting your data, as well as withdrawing consent or opting out of certain data processing activities. You can exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cookies Choices: You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics and third-party advertising companies. Note that blocking cookies may impact your use of our Services.
- Third-Party Links: Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
