Virtual Solutions ("VS.AM," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use our website (vs.am), our application (app.vs.am), and all related services.

Where applicable, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you have signed up for); your consent (for optional marketing communications or AI model training participation); legitimate interests (for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service analytics); and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not share your User Content (audio, video, text, images) with any third party except as necessary to deliver the Services you requested.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain User Content (uploaded files and processing outputs) for a limited period to allow you to access your results, after which it is deleted from our servers. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10). Billing records and transaction history may be retained for longer periods as required by Armenian tax and financial regulations.

We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. We follow SOC 2-aligned security practices. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security testing and vulnerability assessments. While we implement strong safeguards, no system is 100% impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for: session management (keeping you logged in), preference storage (language and display settings), and analytics (understanding how users interact with our platform). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. VS.AM is based in Yerevan, Armenia. Your data is primarily stored and processed in Armenia. If we use third-party service providers located in other countries, we take steps to ensure that adequate data protection safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.

Our website and application may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

We will never use your User Content — including audio recordings, voice data, transcriptions, or text — to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models without your explicit, separate, and written consent. If we ever offer a program where users may opt in to contribute their data for model improvement, it will be clearly marked as optional with a dedicated consent mechanism.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
